by James King Glasgow, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, Chester hallmarks for 1894

Missing top ring.
Some wear and patches of rust to the dial. Also slight damage at the edge of the dial between I and II and also around the subsidiary seconds dial.
There are a lot of scratches to the glass.
