There is no damage to the ring.
There are inclusions to the central stone including black inclusions, some visible with the naked eye, particularly by one edge. As we are not trained gemmologists we can only offer an opinion as to clarity, that being P2 (no guarantees are offered on this opinion). Similarly we are unable to say if the central yellow diamond has been treated.
The measurements of the central stone are approximately 7.9mm x 8mm x 4.29mm
The white diamonds total approximately 0.35cts - they are irregularly cut, quite bright with some inclusions visible under a loop.
There is no paperwork with this ring.
